Assembly and Production
FTI has openings for energetic individuals possessing a positive attitude to join our manufacturing team for Full time first and second shift employment at our Pomfret facility. Training will be provided. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Assembler Qualifications:
Experienced Machinist
Fiberoptics Technology Inc. has an opening for a First Shift CNC Machinist who has a minimum of 2 years experience. We will consider formal classroom training in lieu of experience.
DoD Skillbridge Internships
As part of our commitment, FTI supports internships through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program. DoD SkillBridge promotes civilian job training for transitioning service members. Any Service member within 180 days of leaving the Military can seek a full-time (40-hours per week), unpaid internship with FTI, up to 6-month period. Service members must meet eligibility requirements outlined in DoDI 1322 and receive approval through their chain of command.
