Process Engineer

The candidate must demonstrate the following competencies and skills:

  1. Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems using a data driven approach in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
  2. Technical Skills – Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing/mechanical engineering principles. Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, Shares expertise with others.
  3. Motivation – Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Measures self against standard of excellence; Takes informed and approved calculated risks to accomplish goals.
  4. Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
  5. Statistics – Ability to apply SPC techniques for evaluating and making improvements.
  6. Communication – Effective interaction and communication skills at the engineering technical level.
  7. Innovation – Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work.

Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Presentation, Project Management, SPC,

The position is Full Time, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. We offer competitive wages based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
