The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies and skills:
- Experience with Solidworks, Camworks, GDT, general enterprise systems, and MS office.
- Strong material science knowledge in elastomers, epoxy adhesives, plastics and machinable metals.
- Good understanding of machining; both manual and CNC.
- Multitasking abilities with a strategic /creative mind and a preference for consensus building decision making.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on goal attainment and respect for deadlines.
