Assembler Qualifications:

Basic computer skills, manual dexterity, visual acuity, attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must. Must be capable of working independently or as a team member. Sitting or standing for up to 3 hours at a time is required.
Understanding technical drawings and the use of measuring devices and microscopes will be required at the completion of the training period.


Process Engineer:

Black Belt Certified or Green Belt with experience to become Black Belt

The Process Engineer will work with Production and Quality Assurance team members to implement and complete the Six Sigma (LSS) quality and improvement projects while providing LSS training to a cross section of employees, with a focus on the manufacturing floor.  The Process Engineer demonstrates and coaches the team to understand and apply LSS tools and methodologies.

Core Functions Include:

    • Lean Six Sigma Change Agent - create a culture of continuous process and quality improvement 
    • Lean Six Sigma training and Development - train and mentor employees on lean principles and Six Sigma methods and tools 
    • Lead Lean Six Sigma Projects -select , plan, and organize LSS project teams.Ensure projects success and quantify financial benefits. 
    • Training Champions, Yellow Belts and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma Methodolgy  

Qualifications: 

    • At least 3 years of experience leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects. 
    • Excellent leadership and facilitation capabilities, customer centricity, problem solving skills, data analysis skills, and experience in the implementation of change initiatives, workflow simplification, process improvement,and project management. 
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with experience, Black Belt certification preferred. 
    • Ability to understand customer/client issues and creatively apply solutions to a real-world issue with world class results
